The Takoma Park House & Garden Tour Returns!

This annual tradition returns after several years lost to covid. Historic Takoma hosts the 2024 tour on Sunday, June 9th from 1-5 pm. Titled “Old and New Poplar,” the tour focuses on upper Poplar Avenue and its evolution over time, showcasing a variety of houses built from the late 19th century to the present. Included on the tour are several gardens featuring native plants and natural stormwater management. Tickets are $30 and are now available online atr the Takoma Park Silver Spring Coop, 201 Ethan Allen Avenue, and at our Happy Hour on May 31.
